Routine Drinking Coffee Can Reduce Risk of Liver Cancer.

For some men and women even know if the coffee is delicious when enjoyed in the morning before the activity or activities.

Coffee is often cited as a cause of health problems. However, a recent study from Italy proved that the consumption of coffee per day was found to reduce the risk of liver cancer.

As reported in iFood (10/25/2013), a study conducted by Dr. Carlo La Vecchia of the Department of Epidemiology at the Istituto Di Ricerche Farmacologiche Mario Negri Department of Clinical Sciences and Community Health Universita Degli Study In Milan, Italy. This study
prove that drinking 3 cups of coffee per day was found to reduce the risk of liver cancer by 50% compared to the do not eat.

The results of this study are found after the researchers conducted an analysis based on health articles published between 1996 to 2012. Includes 16 high-quality studies and a total of 3,153 cases regarding coffee consumption and liver cancer.

The researchers concluded that regular coffee every day can lower the risk of liver cancer called hepatocellular carcinoma up to 50%.

Regarding this research, Dr. La Vecchia said that the beneficial effects of coffee consumption on liver cancer may be mediated by the evidence of coffee for diabetes prevention. From there that can be found on the risk factors of liver cancer benefits of coffee along with liver enzymes.

Research on the benefits of coffee consumption to a reduced risk of liver cancer has also been published in the journal entitled "Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology" by the American Gastroenterological Association.
